Committee Liaison Contacts for Plot Holders

Each committee member has a group of plots which he/she oversees.  Their role is to: 

 

•  act as the first point of contact for the plot holder,

•  provide the plot holder with the 'Request to erect a shed/greenhouse' pro-forma and   approve the request when the size of shed/greenhouse and its location have been agreed,

•  provide information about the site,

•  monitor their group of plots to ensure that the requirements of the tenancy agreement are   being met.
